What we do with what you send us.

The short version

This website collects nothing. There are no forms, no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising pixels. You can read every page here without leaving a trace with us.

When you want to reach the studio, you contact us directly — by email, phone, text, or Instagram — using your own accounts. Those conversations happen outside this website.

What we collect

Through this website itself: nothing. There is no form to fill out and nothing gathered in the background.

If you email, call, text, or DM the studio, we naturally see what you send — the same as contacting any business — and we use it only to reply to you.

What we deliberately do not do

There are no cookies on this site. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no advertising trackers of any kind. You can browse every page here without being followed.

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to marketing companies. There is no mailing list you get quietly added to by emailing us.

How we use what you send

To answer you. That is it.

If you write in asking about a treatment, Jaedee reads it and replies personally. If this website ever adds a way to submit information directly, such as a contact form or a membership waitlist, this policy gets updated to describe it before it goes live.

Who else handles your information

A few services make this website run. They only ever see what is necessary, and none of them are advertising companies.

• ·Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• ·Square runs appointment booking. Booking happens on Square's own website, not here, so anything you enter while booking is governed by Square's privacy policy rather than this one.

What does not belong on this website

Please do not send medical history, medications, symptoms, or any other health details by email, text, or DM. Those channels are not the secure place for that conversation.

Anything clinical, including your health history, your good-faith exam, and your treatment records, is handled directly with the studio under the confidentiality rules that apply to medical records. That is a separate system from this marketing website.

Keeping it, and deleting it

Messages you send the studio stay in the studio inbox as long as they are useful for taking care of you. There is no customer database sitting behind this website.

If you would like to know what we have from you, correct it, or have it deleted, just ask. We will take care of it, and you do not need a reason.

Children

This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting more than what is described here.
